The customer that manufactures and markets rollers for mining needs a system that enables the predictive maintenance of its products.
Is required to develop a complete monitoring solution, which includes the development of a custom sensor and gateway as well as an application for data monitoring.
Solution
In collaboration with the customer, we have developed an end-to-end monitoring system for mining. We have design, prototyped and validates a custom sensor, as well as the gateway and the communications architecture. For the data visualization and monitoring, we have configured our web-based platform, Lore.
The customer can now easily manage its assets, offer remote support services and carry out predictive maintenance.
